No experience in Zen meditation, or any meditation, is necessary.
We will be conducting seated Zen meditation, walking meditation, listening to a dharma talk from
Sensei Cathleen Kanno Dowd, and dokusan (direct meeting with a Zen teacher) will be available.
These sessions are organized and facilitated by Sensei Cathleen Kanno Dowd and Dr. Dennis Doshin Tirch,
who will be available to answer your questions about the Zen Garland path.
